Big thanks to Brian Gutman and Baltazar Melendez, owners of Rochester NY's very own Matsunami Karate school, for hosting two training sessions over Thanksgiving weekend 2013.

Ali Al-Raisi instructed the Kihon and Kata portion of the training. Michael Nguyen led the kumite, agility and plyometric training along with professional mixed martial arts fighter Michael "The Myth" Winters who shared his knowledge of grappling, takedowns and fighting from the clinch.
